How Mirvance uses your data
We separate optional browsing statistics from information you actively submit to request equipment, partnership or support.
Optional statistics
Only after you allow statistics do we store a random browser identifier and record pages, equipment models, selection steps, document clicks and loading actions. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. This does not identify a person or company, and separate devices are not forcibly combined. Country, state/region and city, where available, are estimated from trusted network location data and may reflect a VPN or network exit. We do not request GPS location or store full IP addresses.
We do not record input text, clipboard contents, session videos, full URLs with query strings, precise location or full IP addresses in analytics. Browsing identifiers and detailed events expire after 90 days; non-identifying daily counts are kept for up to 13 months.
Requests you submit
Selecting Submit sends the displayed contact information, equipment, quantities, requirements, supplied photos and any attached loading plan to Mirvance’s own database for follow-up. A reference appears only after the server saves the request. We also retain the source campaign, where supplied. Equipment quotation plans may be sent to the configured Mirvance sales mailbox through the server’s mail service. We never upload unfinished form text in the background.
Connecting a browser journey to a request is a separate, unchecked option and requires statistics permission. Declining either option does not prevent submitting a request. Only authenticated administrators can access contact details and attachments.
Control and retention
Use Privacy & statistics to withdraw. This stops browser tracking and deletes its detailed journey when the server confirms the change; submitted requests remain separate business records. Request records are retained for ongoing follow-up and reviewed by administrators. To request a copy or deletion, use the request form and include your reference. The team will verify ownership before acting.
